Founder and CEO, PT, MSPT
Like many of you, physical therapy expert and treatment innovator, Louis Ezrick has seen the world of medicine change from your neighborhood mom and pop offices to insurance driven machines. Hearing stories of how time and again the “churn’em and burn’em” philosophy was forced upon patients, Louis set out to do something different: Get back to basics and make those basics better.
Clinical Director, DPT
I have always wanted a career in which I can truly help people and change their lives for the better, and thankfully through the skills and techniques that I have learned within the field of Physical Therapy I am able to live that dream on a daily basis. The human body is an amazing machine and it is my goal to rehabilitate, facilitate, and improve that machine to the best of my ability.
Clinical Operations Manager, PTA
For me it’s all about instilling a positive attitude in all of my patients. A lot of therapy is mental and getting over the hurdles that we all make for ourselves, so I approach everyone I meet with good energy and reinforce that success is right around the corner.
Lead Fitness Specialist, ATC
I truly believe in the old adage that “laughter is the best therapy” and working at Evolve allows my sense of humor and positivity to come across to every patient that I meet. Nothing gives me a greater sense of satisfaction than seeing my patients get better and smile while doing it.

Physical Therapist, DPT
Sarah spent a lot of time hearing that pain is “just a part of life” and that “everyone is in pain,” and she’s determined to change that way of thinking one patient at a time. She is driven to excel and master physical therapy for one reason, and one reason only: to help heal people and allow them to sustain and manage their own healing throughout their entire lives. Pain is such a dominating experience for so many people so much of the time, but that pain can be managed and healed through treatment. There is no system in our body that physical therapy leaves untouched, and it is revolutionizing each moment and its healing potential is evidenced more and more every day.
Sarah is a graduate of Hunter College, receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2015. Since then, she’s also a received a level 1 certification to treat juveniles with idiopathic scoliosis from Barcelona Schroth Physical Therapy. She places a special emphasis on the spine and tries to teach her patients as much as she can to help heal themselves.
